Long and Short Term Storage

Estate furniture storage, retail overstock storage, records storage, excess garage stuff, we can hold onto it for you!

Your items will be safe and secure in our storage facility. Long term and short term storage available. We deliver our vaults from our Mesa location to you on our flatbed trailer to be properly loaded and then stored with minimal disturbance to your items.

We offer professional packing and loading services. Save your back and your friendships and let us do all the work!

Packing Artwork:

 

 

Common packing mistakes made in storing or moving artwork, glass table tops and mirrors is wrapping them in packing blankets or cardboard. This may help the items from getting scratched but does not prevent breakage. We pack all glass and artwork in protective boxes made for glass and mirrors.

 

Storing Furniture:

Stretch or shrink wrap alone will do nothing to protect your cushioned furniture. Setting items such as chairs, boxes or lamps on top of the cushions may protect the other item but the item will leave indents and creases in the cushion and fabric that can take months to correct, if it isn’t permently damaged due to the time frame stored. We wrap your furniture in pads and stretch wrap and then store the items on their feet on racking shelves. No other items will be sitting on or resting against overstuffed chairs or sofas. Your items will be in the same condition when you get them out as you put them in!

Your dresser, tables, and other “hard” items are also padded and wrapped to protect from scratches and damage. We pack lamps in boxes as lamp shades can get damaged and lamp bodies scratched or broken if only wrapped and loaded like furniture into a truck or storage..

 

 

All boxes are properly stacked based on weight and wrapped to ensure stability and protection of contents.

Records Storage

We do store file records also! Legal records, real estate documents, medical records are required to be kept for a number of years. Don’t have the space in your office? We can store those for you, keep them accessible should you need, and shred them when allowed.
